Every barrel we chamber is co-axially dialed in on our lathe to within .0002″. We use a model 2024 Grizzly G0509G 16"X40" Gunsmithing Lathe with DRO for all our chambering work.
- Threads are cut in a clean, stress free manor using Carbide and/or HSS Inserts.
- Proper clearances are considered carefully in respect to bolt nose counterbores, breech face cones and extractor slots.
- Chambers are straight, to SAAMI minimum body specifications, proper neck and freebore dimensions are well thought out and executed for all chambers.
- Chambers get polished, scoped, and inspected prior to leaving the lathe.

- Current lead times for chambering is 8-16 weeks
- We use a mixture of JGS, PTG, Manson, and Alpha Legacy Reamers.
- You MUST send us your action to perform the chambering. We DO NOT provide pre-fit barrels.
