1. Cut barrel to length (if required)
2. Thread barrel to standard thread based on caliber 
3. Standard crown and reface (if cut down)

Additional costs NOT included:

1. Action Removal/Re-Install
2. Add Shoulder
3. Thread Protector
4. Thread Adapter
5. Muzzle device installation and/or timing
6. Move or install front sight
